A nice day at Point Elizabeth

The sun burned away the Autumn chill on Monday and we took advantage of the warm weather to go tramping out to Point Elizabeth, fast becoming one of our favourite walks.

Standing on the shoulders of giants. Actually, Greg was getting a good view of the seals at the bottom of the cliff face. The seals only show up at low tide and are pretty playful at the moment.

This seal was perched out on the edge of the rock to get a look up the cliff at Greg.

This photo shows the view back to Rapahoe, with the Paparoa Range of mountains in the background. The Paparoa’s have quite a story in recent history and we may write a post about them in future.
