Following the visit to Otago Museum we headed down to the Chinese Gardens. This place was really beautiful and with only a handful of people looking around it was nice and quiet and we managed to take some nice photos. ![]()
The entrance was really impressive, very ornate and brightly painted, it helps that it was a really good day weather wise as the entrance looks great against the bright blue sky.
Most of the wooden buildings have been handmade and on some of the pathways you can see some handmade tiles.
Even the rubbish bins were really nice, check this one out! ![]()
Here are a few more photos of the gardens and buildings.
Eloise loved all the little hiding places and secret pathways.
It was hard to keep up with her!![]()
At one point we thought we had lost her, but she had been hiding amongst the rocks, can you spot her?
Cheeky little monkey!
I’m really glad Eloise is getting the chance to visit all of these places, it’s such a great experience for her.
